The Teal Trust Promise: Simple Exchanges

At Teal, our quality is our promise. We aim to ensure the Effortless Tunic and all
our garments are the logical, perfect fit from the moment they arrive. To ensure
the highest quality control and fairness in logistics, we focus on a simple exchange
process.


1. 7-Day Exchange Window

We offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order,
strictly for sizing issues or manufacturing defects.
ï‚· No Cash Refunds: In line with industry standards, Teal does not offer cash
refunds.
ï‚· Store Credit Alternative: If the size you require is permanently out of stock,
we will issue an Online Store Credit (e-Voucher) equal to the garment's
price (excluding original shipping charges). This credit can be used toward
any future purchase on our website.


2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges will only be processed under the following strict conditions:
ï‚· Size Mismatch: The garment received is the wrong fit (must use our
comprehensive size guide before ordering).
ï‚· Manufacturing Defect: The item is damaged or faulty upon delivery (must
be reported with photographic proof within 48 hours of receiving the
order).
ï‚· Incorrect Item: The item delivered does not match the product listed on
your order confirmation (e.g., wrong size or colour).
Items Not Eligible: Sale/Clearance items, undergarments, items damaged due to
customer use, washed or worn items, or items missing original tags/labels cannot
be exchanged.
